Cangzhou Huatao Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. was established in June 2016, located in the village known as the “Hometown of Pipe Fittings in Hebei Province”, with a registered capital of 101.18 million yuan. It is a large-scale enterprise integrating the processing, production, sales and logistics of pipes and pipe fittings. The company is renowned among its peers for its high-quality staff and strong technical strength. Its products have obtained multiple national patents. It has obtained the certificate of R&D institution for industrial enterprises in Hebei Province and has now developed into a well-known local pipeline enterprise and a provincial key enterprise.
The company covers a total area of 46,620.00 square meters, with a factory building area of 28,750 square meters. It currently has 120 employees, including 10 engineering and technical personnel with a background in science and engineering (including 1 senior engineer, 3 engineers, and 8 assistant engineers), and 12 full-time inspectors.
Our company has introduced a complete set of advanced double-sided submerged arc welded steel pipe (JCOE) production lines from Germany. The main products of this project are large-diameter straight seam submerged arc welded pipes. After the production line is completed, the products can be rapidly promoted and applied both domestically and internationally.
Our company designs an annual production capacity of 200,000 to 300,000 tons of large-diameter straight seam submerged arc welded pipes with diameters ranging from ∮406 to ∮1422mm. The main varieties are 30-50 thick-walled large-diameter straight seam submerged arc welded pipes, while also covering the large-scale production of 8-30 thin-walled and 50-60 ultra-thick-walled steel pipes
